Tuna Salad Pita

Such an easy one for on the go meals and a boost of protein! Pair it with your favorite fruit salad for added fiber + micronutrients :)

Ingredients

  • Pita (personally I love the ones by Angel Bakeries)
  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • Primal kitchen mayo
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Top it off with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion and anything else you desire! 

Directions

Mix your tuna, mayo, lemon juice, S+P and if you'd like to add fresh herbs for an added boost of flavor, dill or chives work great here!

Add into your pita + top off with your toppings!
