Hydration Salad

Ingredients

  • Red cabbage
  • Watermelon
  • Persian cucumbers
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Mint
  • Radishes

Directions

Chop up + combine together! Drizzle a little bit of extra virgin olive oil + squeeze a lemon! Breathe in gratitude + enjoy! 

MAKE IT A MEAL: If you'd like to make this a full meal, definitely add some protein + healthy fats! I'd recommend cold wild shrimp and a sprinkle of hemp seeds!
